This marks the official 2/3 mark. I’m guessing only 5 more pounds to a green bar.

Funny how the color of the bar is so inspiring. In the spirit of Wiscosoul, my NSV for the week was shoehorning an extra six miles of biking into my day yesterday—and it didn’t wipe me out.
151.9 lb Lost so far: 28.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
