Well, i have the solution to late night eating, getting dumped! Last night I skipped dinner and lost 2 lbs. I just wasn't hungry and I'm Always hungry. So a little benny from my heart break.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
