I'm so glad school is starting back up. It's much harder to find time to go to the gym with my 10 year old. He's not quite yet ready to be home alone and he's too old for the gym daycare so summer finds me home. I end up using that as an excuse to avoid exercise completely. Bad Melody. But thankfully, healthy eating is still helping me shed the pounds and soon there will be no more excuses. I think this weekend I'll fix our bikes and hopefully get Damon outside with me.
366.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 206.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a great idea. It's a little hard for me with my 2 but I find other ways. I also have exercise dvds to workout to. If not a bike ride a walk around the neighborhood. Great to hear that you are maintaining healthy eating. Keep up the good work. Congrats on the weight that you have lost so far.
