Yikes! Days go by so fast! Wow, I just realized I haven't been keeping track of what I've been eating or exercising....but, tomorrow is a new day! I'm NOT going to give up!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know keeping tack is important, but for me... if i can see any weight coming off and post it here with a comment, I feel like I have done my job at recognizing where I'm at and where I am headed. Your sill going down and that looks really good.
