After I first weigh I decided to step back on the scales, it made my day= it read "low". I know it meant the battery, but still made my day.
My new cell phone has net capabilities...
287.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 92.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
