I need to keep trying to get back in the right head space.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

To be honest .... I had to do some pondering on what worked for me before. Cutting back calories and cutting out wheat and sugar helps me. The fact my husband is now eating this way has helped me so much, too. His health was spiraling downhill and once he cut out the wheat and sugar, it improved a lot. I am just glad to see you here trying to get back on track. That's the biggest step in this journey.

Thanks you guys. It’s so good to see a few of my original “buddies” still around. I would say, with last week’s weight scare and this week’s plunge, it was a fluid retention issue. I tried to be sensible this week, but it certainly wasn’t 4 lbs worth of sensible. Thanks for being there for me.
