last week I did not miss one day at the gym Total 65 miles on the Is stationary bike, And 2500 pulls on the row machine. and an hour of weight machines today's Monday and I'm starting all over again. I don't dread going to the gym to work out I dread not going . one day at a time and it becomes a habit.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 108.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week
