Oh boy, I just got home after Thanksgiving weekend. My weight is up. I was a pig in terms of food and wine. I promised myself I would start a downward trend after this weekend. It is time to live up to this promise. Please reprimand me if you notice me heading the wrong direction. Sandra
163.0 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
