I have been very undisciplined and now time is ticking for my summer holidays... I pretty much 'lost' 4 days without following my diet, so today I started for real... yesterday I was able to walk for about one hour. I'm planning to do the same today... I also will be trying to take better care of my skin because I do use creams but not very often and with the plan to loose weight and fast I need the support and elasticity of my whole body.
