Slow but sure, heading back in the right direction. Worth two days of restricted diet each week. I feel better in myself. Even if close family won't comment (family politics!!) I know I look good. :)
143.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
