Hello and Happy Thursday FS!

Woo hoo! Continuing the downward trend! I was concerned as I ate a good many grapes…they were yummy. I like them kind of hard and they were perfect.

Off for a doc appointment this morning. This sinus thing is still hanging on. Since we leave on Saturday, I want it checked out.

Oh my goodness!!! One happy dance is in order …. I have a blue line!! 💃💃💃💃💙

137.3 lb Lost so far: 54.7 lb. Still to go: 2.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Buenita! Doc prescribed antibiotic for my sinus infection that I’ve had since September 3. It’s really kicking my butt. The older I get, the longer it takes for me to recover it seems. But, I’m on the mend.
