Starting 6 week Game Challenger fitness challenge today. Goal to get back into daily exercise habit, increase water intake and eliminate evening snacking. Continue to record food so aware. Still haven't decided if I should follow a certain diet. Suggestions?
172.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did Noom a year ago and I would suggest it to anyone wanting to change their eating habits. It’s not a diet so much as a way to become and remain cognizant of the way you eat and why.

Good Luck! I'd stay on a balanced diet, maybe reduce calorie intake a little. You need food to 'keep the oven burning'.

I am loosely following the guidelines of the Target 100 program/diet. Basically: 100g protein/day, 100g/day carbs, 100 mins exercise/week. It's free! target100program.com :)

I agree with DomOlive. I tried Noom last year and it really reset my eating habits and food choices.

Thanks for the suggestions. I had considered Noom. I will review in more detail plus checkout Target 100. I've been trying to be more balanced lately.
