Started back on my exercise routine again today after injuring my hamstring... again. Going to let it rest and not run for a while. Doing intervals on the elliptical and will be doing weights with the trainer. Probably kick up the training a notch and work our 6 days a week. It does help with glucose control.
Since I've lost all this weight I needed to re-calibrate my calories to maintain my deficit. Haven't lost as much this month due to overeating but I hope to get back on track next month. The good news is I made my mini-goal of getting below 270 by the end of the month. Yeah me!
