Oh WOW! Stressful at work in Spring & gained. Then decided to wait until after the summer to worry about my weight. Not an ideal plan. Time to turn this around. I don't really have a plan. Start with being aware of what I'm eating. Done all my vacations. Get into some consistent routines & habits.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I’m fighting getting back into a routine since my knee replacement in March . . . basically, a wasted summer. I totally get it. We’re still here. We can do this.
