Chris’ bday today. Met him for breakfast yummy 3 egg white omelet stuffed with chicken, cheese, green peppers onions and topped with 2 slices of avacado and a side of salsa. So good. For lunch I ate a taco salad with Theresa. I was so full I only had wine at dinner. I somehow was able to pass up birthday cake and didn’t even sample my frosting I made from scratch! Will power the first days is amazing. Must plan ahead!!! Have good healthy options on hand.
169.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 34.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
