I focused this week on making sure I only ate one whole regular meal and then fruits and veggies for everything else. On occasion I included an extra two pieces of toast or one piece of meat throughout the day. Interesting, but not surprisingly, is that I feel better all around when I eat healthy like this. Why didn't I do this before? Hmmm..
Info about this past week: This is my TOM. I eat very small breakfast meals as I rush out the door to class. I'm in class for about four hours. I don't eat again until I get home approximately 5 hours after I eat breakfast. That meal tends to be my largest meal and then I eat something small late in the evening.
