Same weight, better than gaining, but I think I have found my cut off point. I need to step up exercise as my metabolisim has adjusted to the 2000 calorie intake.

The first 27 ere not to bad, the next 27 are gonna be tough as hell!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
