Hello and Happy Sunday FS!

So, jumped on the scale and the battery is dead…or I broke it from weight gain! It takes a 9 volt and we don’t have any onboard. If I remember, I may pick one up if we happen to stop at a store. We arrive in Arkansas late this afternoon.

We get to FaceTime with our granddaughter later this afternoon if we have connectivity!

We will get home late on August 1st if all goes well. I planned to get back on program after that…😎

143.7 lb Lost so far: 48.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
