Wooo hoooo! Another day gluten free and dairy free!
158.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Making changes. That's good. I always feel like a new approach to dieting is positive because it adds variety. lol Nice loss.
