So its my birthday on 29th August and I'm hoping to lose 14lb by then, 5 weeks, so I need to lose almost 3lb a week, that might be quite difficult I guess but I really want to start being 29 on a high!!! I'm feeling really motivated at the moment which is good, and I think this site is going to be really helpful, I think the next big step for me is getting some exercise happening, I've got the eating sorted just need to get my wobbly bum running about!!! Not a pretty sight!!! Ah well hopefully will be in 6 months!!!
