I went on vacation and I kept to my Keto diet, BUT drank plenty of alcohol. I came home about 8 lbs heavier. I've been feeling down and tired. I'm not too upset that my weight is up.. but any day now I need to get back to eating right high fat, low carb. It was a great vacation.. now I've got to get back to losing.. I've said 3 days now "tomorrow". I'm looking at tomorrow to get back to losing...
221.0 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.9 lb a week

definitely don't worry too much! maybe trying to plan tomorrow's meals/snacks ahead will help motivate you to get back on track? I feel so much more in control when I can plan everything ahead or at least know what some of my options are. I know it's tough! you can do it!

It is hard to get back with it after a vacation, think of all the positive things you had on vacation, your daughters. You enjoyed yourself, so don't beat yourself up. Did your daughter notice how much weight you have lost?

Today I opened my food log and started logging.. it feels good to KNOW what I'm eating and their values. YES my kids did notice my weight loss, that was nice. I'm feeling better about getting back in the race for weight loss. It was a nice break but its time to get back to it! I do great getting the fat in, I need to push more protein.. :) Thanks for the encouragement!!! :)
