Was hoping for more but I'll take what I can get 😁

I've been trying to stay active daily, I've been averaging 11000 steps per day this month. I've got my walking locked down and now I'm working on my calories, I'm aiming for 1500 a day and it has been going okay.

I feel like I'll know I've succeeded when I can walk a good amount and eat 1500 calories a day without it being all that I think of hahaha
But seriously though it's been hard trying to eat less, I get cravings daily and I can keep myself away from food for a good while but when I start eating then it becomes hard to stop.

So next goals are to stick to 1500 calories and to also control my portions for each meal.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe 1500 calories is too low for you? You know best what works for you, but you might consider the possibility that getting more nourishment daily might help reduce or stop your hunger pains from leading to occasional overeating? Overall you might consume the same or less calories over time but with less discomfort?

Hi Bearwood, I hadn't thought about it like that haha You have a good point, I think you're saying if I eat more daily then I won't overeat as much so I'll still be losing weight in average. I feel like I'm already starting to find this to be a bit true as I'll sometimes feel better when I have 1600 or 1700 calories, it reduces my cravings while still being under 2000 calories. For now I'm going to keep aiming for 1500 calories but not count it as "overeating" if I go over it as long as I still stay under 2000 calories 😁👍
