I haven't done as well this week on keeping to my diet as detailed in the last couple of journals. I did stay pretty well on track after those couple of days I talked about. But I have kept the activity up. We spent a day out with kiddos shopping mainly on Saturday, a lot of time working on re-loading so we can get back out to the range for target practice, we went on a 3 hour hike yesterday to help get the kiddos started on conditioning for hunting season (after which we went for ice cream, to kind of help make it worth it for my Autistic daughter who had difficulty with it, and therefor decided she hated it,) and did more reloading. Even after all the activity I still made myself take my usual walk last night.My daughter had a melt-down on the hiking trail, and I had to politely inform a family who wanted to chew us out for her behavior (they did come running because they thought someone was hurt) about her disability. They were much nicer after I explained the situation, but it is one of the many frustrations as a parent of a child with a disability I wish would go away at times. I was also proud of myself. i carried my hunting pack on the hike, and I had a much easier time of it than I did on the same hike without a pack last year. For once, my husband was breathing heavier than I was on the climb. By the end of the trail I was ready to go back to the beginning and start it all over again.

My friend and I didn't get out for a bike ride as I hoped on Saturday. Maybe we can get out one evening this week. I'm showing a gain of 2 oz, which could be simply because of the gassy bloated feeling I have this morning. I may try weighing again later this week. In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy this morning's latte and breakfast burrito as my treat for the week, and then it is back on track for the rest of the week.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
