Up about a pound, which is expected since I way overdid it this weekend, diet what? I am back on the hardcore track starting today. I have not been very good on logging my food the past few weeks but I only have a month until my Hawaii vacation (which is why I started the weight loss in the first place) so I have to be really disciplined for the next 4 weeks at least!
