Horrible week! The results speak for themselves. I'm getting SICK of feeling consumed with what I can and cannot eat. Its driving me to the point of wanting to quit. I'm feeling unrewarded for too much effort.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

is it the point system that doesn't work for you? maybe you can find another diet. But please don't quit dieting! your graph shows that you lost weight. you did a really good job! you don't want to give up now. and don't forget that losing weight is one thing, but beeing healthier is (in my opinion) the most important! the efforts you made are not wasted if you are healthier. In a longer term, the scale will follow. Hang in here!

whatever you do, don't give up. so it's not going as speedily as you had hoped. ever heard the phrase, "all good things come to those who wait", keep going, make it a challenge to find new and interesting ideas to mix up the menu. that's one of the things i like best about weight watchers, is that you can really have anything, but when you learn to take the things and make them lighter and healthier it's even better.(it can be done) for me i make it a game of challenges and that helps to keep me motivated. but don't give up, you have the first step forward to a better you, take baby steps(if need be)forward every day and soon you will be amazed at what you accomplished. God knows your worth it and so do I.

I agree with vf123! If you're feeling sorry for yourself and deprived, stop and assess. What do you really want? What do you really need? I know one thing for sure: food is not the answer. Thin people don't eat to feel better. There are other ways in life to meet our needs. Let's reprogram our negative thoughts with helpful ones! Weight loss doesn't come for free. Be tough and fight for this! There's nothing you can't do.

Hi how are doing.Listen you have came a long way please don't give up now.I went to Gatlinburg,Tn and i gain 2.6lbs but guess what i was 208lbs some months ago and now i am 183.6lbs so don't stop.
