luego visita endocrinologist en ohio. rebaje 15 lbs. me dijo Michelle que usara este app y una nutricionista de YMCA. cambiar lunch y usar mas veggies y buenos carbs y velar portions. Me dijo Doctor reducir sodio, carbs, y ejercicios todos los dias.
