Day 64: Went to the gym last night and KILLED it, felt so good afterwards to really sweat it all out. I am not a big fan of working out AT ALL but I always feel so good afterwards that I actually accomplished something. Been following my diet very closely and trying to stay high protein and lower carb, it seems to be working well for my body.
