Day 63: Had an EPIC cheat meal on Friday night...pizza, wings, beer, potato wedges, it was amazing. But have been back on track since then. My next mini goal is to hit 165, so I should be there in the next week or so hopefully. Meal prepped last night and am ready for this week!
167.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sounds oh so familiar. I straight up BINGE sometimes... I like your idea of the mini goals and meal planning is the only way it works for me too. I have about 5 (protein/veg/little bit of carb) meals I rotate. It's safer that way.
