Got back from vacatoin 3.5 pounds up. sigh....

Usually lose weight on vacation! Oh, well with the rain and my knee we didn't move around as much as usual.

Anyway, getting back on track. Haven't gone grocery shopping yet - it will help to have our veggies and such in the house again.
308.9 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 128.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
