my profile may not make sense but my family and I started this journey on June 10 and my weight started at 236.4. It is a definite plus when I live with the best cook on the planet (my Dad). Awesome having the support right at home. Haven't got the go ahead to go back to the Gym since surgery in July but started to do my walks at home today.
