LOL-- I am so impatient with myself especially since I am so close to that 300 lb marker.. I was glad I lost again, but kind of disappointed that I am not closer to that mark.. lol.. *I am at 302.4... so far this month I have lost 2lbs, since my doctor's appointment on July 3rd I have lost...19.4 lbs.. and I have 52 lbs to go to my first goal..
I have also searched and found out to maintain my weight at 250.. I will need to eat about 2400 calories a day..and maintain my current weight.. gag I need to eat about 2700 calories.." I don't think so Tim" mmmm Presently I am eating anywhere between 1700 to 1900 a day and I am full..
As my wife told me, no wonder I am loosing weight..
302.4 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 107.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks so much for your support Very Proud of you ,,, I believe our losing the weight is sorta like learning to fall in Love with our self again go back to who we really are ,, even though my goal is to lose weight ,,, the daily honesty of what i'm doing what i'm thinking the whole what do I really want seems to be dominating in this journey ,, relax be kine to yourself no matter what have an awesome night
