I feel like I should keep weighing in even though I am failing miserably. I am not trying though. I am eating all the stuff I love that makes me feel so bad. I was going to start the diet again today but I started thinking of all the good things I want to eat and I didnt do it. I am going to try cutting out cokes and eating less sweets to see what happens but I know deep down that if I don't just go cold turkey and do atkins I will just keep getting bigger. I just don't have the motivation or willpower right now. :(
250.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It really does take having self motivation....until you get sick and tierd of living and looking the way you do....you wont succeed. I know it took me over a year to finally comit to losing weight and getting healthy. But once I comitted and changed the way I was thinking it was much easier. You really CAN DO IT...you just have to make the choice to change. Food is a wonderful comforting crutch...but you can learn to walk without depending on it so much ! :)

It seems like you need to pick a day to start fresh and commit to it. Get all the naughty stuff out of your house and buy in the kinds of food you will need and dont forget to include stuff you can snack on. I know you can do it and get the results you want.

hun when you are really ready to do this then you will.. I know its hard to give up all those things that seem to make you happy but just start off a lil slower then before. just find some way to motivate yourself.. its something that you have to do for yourself or for whatever reason.. Good luck

I found a picture of me at my thinnest and I put it up on my fridge! It's a great craving blocker. I just stare at it really hard when I'm trying to go for something bad and tell myself I won't look like that again if I give in. You can do it! Don't give up yet.
