well, today was still 151.5. I did pretty good yesterday. got more calories and drank my gallon of water. the only bad thing I did (after telling someone yesterday I don't eat McDonalds) I went to McDonalds. on way to buy a new jet ski and had to get everyone else something. I realized I really had not eaten much so was going to get grilled chicken sandwich not bun. but the grilled chicken wraps looked pretty good. I got the sweet chili which I know has some sugars but was a nice treat. taste really good and not to many calories. next time ill ask they put a vinaigrette instead of sweet chili sauce.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well done and Micky D's is Micky D's, I can remember when I could pound a couple of 1/4 pounders with cheese. A jet ski nice have tons of fun with it.

thank you. I seldom eat there. was the only think in that small town and I had planned on being home for dinner so didn't have anything other than an apple with me. I tried to pick wisely from what I had. lol. was had deciding to not eat at all and only get 500-600 calories or go ahead with the wrap. 500 calories on hcg is ok bc your pulling from fat reserves giving you an addl 1000-1200 calories.
