Been training for a half marathon in September. The running has helped but what is really working for me is protein shakes in the morning... spinach, banana, apple juice, frozen blueberries, ice and a scoop of protein that is 20 to 26 grams of protein. IT really helps me eat better throughout the day. Have grilled chicken and salad on hand of a quick lunch too!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
