Day 56: Was so good this weekend. Reached my next mini goal and I am officially more than half way to my goal weight! Half way there I cant believe it. I stayed under my calories all weekend and managed to even hit the gym. Goal this week is to be under 170 (eek!) and to make it to the gym at least 4 times during the week.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
