See… it is possible to exercise daily, weigh/measure food and strictly follow a reducing diet only to lose a measly 0.4 pounds in a whole week 😁. R-r-r-r!!!!! See you next week😎🇨🇦
168.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
