My progress is slowing down, which I fully expected to happen. But I am really happy with the losses I've had the past week. I'm prepared for the suck phase cause I know I'll eventually hit another loss phase. My body really, really loves the fat it's accrued over the years and tries it's best to cling to it.🤣
196.9 lb Lost so far: 68.1 lb.    Still to go: 47.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes I very much am. At the moment I only have a set of dumbells and some resistance bands. I'm hoping to gain enough confidence to eventually join a gym.

You will get there! Try to integrate as much daily strength training as you can. When you can afford to, go buy a weight set in the next weight up (check out Craigslist and FB marketplace). You got this!
