191.2 ! WOO HOO ! Back from our downtown ride. 23-25 miles. Not alot but it is for me. Gotta quadruple that by next summer. I am such a flat-lander ! I loose all my momentum on the slightest bit of hill ! Hubby says don't worry. It'll just get easier as the weight comes off.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

He's a keeper ! We're doing this together. It's gonna be awhile before I can ride up Lookout Mountain ! But that is a short term goal I have.

23-25 miles IS an awful lot! I get excited over MUCH less than that, so you should give yourself credit where credit is due. 23-25 miles is amazing!
