I don't have the motive to loose weight. I've reached so far, but this last two months I cannot seem to find a reason strong enough for me to loose this last 8kg.
Don't really know what to do and how to find that reason.

I'm feeling more relaxed now, and kind of want to enjoy life more, and satisfy my needs and wishes. But I know that I'll gain weight back if I go to my old habits, and that's not acceptable.

Maybe I should focus on maintaining my weight while I get more balance in other areas of my life. I really need to fuel up. It was a very, very hard year. And it will still be hard. So I will need a lot of psychological strength to reach all of my goals.
160.9 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Give yourself a break and maintain your present weight for a while, but do not seek comfort in food meanwhile - you need balance and strength, not more food and extra weight :)

PLEASE LEARN FROM ME !!! Be happy if you want to with where you are but DO NOT GIVE IN and let go of the good thing you have done for yourself !!! I lost 80 lbs back in '08 and put it ALL back on over the past few years. Due to stress/bad habits/injury .... blah blah blah -- but trust me, I would SO much rather be back there again than here.... KEEP IT UP BABY !!! YOU CAN DO IT !!! I am just now trying to get back on track ! <3 You can do it !!!!

In January I started having severe migraines, at age 69 I never had them before, and I was in hospital 4 times in 3 months with the pain. CT,MRI, everything test normal. I just wanted to die, couldn't imagine going on with the paid every day. I finally saw a neurologist and she put me on medication nortriptiline and it took my migraines away and I weaned myself off all pain meds. Haven't had a migraine in about 4 months now. But the point I want to make is I realized how precious life is and I want to live it pain free. I decided it was time to change my lifestyle eating habits. I now realize that my body was craving nutrition, and I am clearly addicted to food, the trouble is all the wrong kinds. Mostly processed foods that were putting pounds on my body, but not feeding my body the proper nourishment it needs. I started juicing dark, green, leafy vegetables, and wahlah, I started to get energetic, not waking up tired, and no energy to do anything meaningful. I WOULD NOT SAY SO IF IT WASN'T TRUE. Juicing greens give you great energy. SUSTAINED ENERGY. And I notice that since by body is getting the nutrition it needs, a lot of my craving for junk food, have gone away. But I try to keep myself educated, and watch as many films as I can on health and juicing, and eating raw. I love it! But, I still am not exercising. I know if I did the weight would come off. So I just need to get a little more motivated, and focus on eating healthy and not losing weight. The weight will come off, I know that and it will for you too. Focus and eating healthy food for your body, and the rest will happen.

Thanks for your support guys. Yes AliaOne I should focus more on positive experiences and not fulling my self up with food and cravings. MusicMom123 yes... I am terrified of returning the weight back. But we cannot let that happen. We can do this and we can change from day to day. Small Steps :) applegate67 I also think that the craving will stop if healthier food comes, and the weight will come off yes. :) Just a question..have you tried zumba, social dancing classes, hiking, tai chi or similar group activities? Exercise can be so much fun. You wont be needing that motive and will power when you have a group of people that is sweating and exercising like crazy :) Try it please. Dancing changed my life :)
