I can't believe that it's going down finally. I lost 14.5lbs so far!!! I am so excited. And today Germany is playing for the world cup. Please FatSecret buddies cheer for them. I My home country hasn't gotten the cup in soooo long!!!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
