I'm on the Slim Quick Cleanse, and I'm trying to stick to a 1,200 Calorie diet, but I have gone up to 1,500 sometimes. Also working out everyday! I'm gonna stick to it, and be thin in no time!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
