Today and tomorrow, I am off dieting. Also, I am not recording my calories until Sunday. Why? I will never eat this way ever again--period. Instead, I am preparing for the post surgery trials, buying what I need to eat afterwards, two weeks afterwards. When I get home next Thursday or Friday, I am eating sugarless jell-o and clear broth. This Sunday, I plan experimenting with a few recipes like mixing protein powder into a few different flavored broths just to get the hang of it. Furthermore, I am spending the weekend clearing out the pantry for what I can eat after surgery, along with cleaning up my office and car. The jettison items from the pantry are going to a food bank that's not mine. Then on this date this time next year I will report that I reached my target weight. Mission accomplished.
289.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
