I'm STRUGGLING to get below 85, whyyyyyy. first 2 weeks went quick, minus 4kg. Thereafter it's a battle.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

797 kcal Fat: 40.63g | Prot: 43.91g | Carb: 62.81g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk, Avocados , Soft Boiled Egg, Sasko Low GI Seeded Whole Wheat Brown Bread. Lunch: Sugar, Danone Activia Yoghurt. Dinner: Yellow Sweet Peppers , Simonsberg Feta with Herbs, Carrots , Miami Sweet & Tangy Gherkins, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Knorr Creamy Blue Cheese Salad Dressing, Bakers Provita Crackerbread Black Pepper, Woolworths Thick Beef Burger Patties. Snacks/Other: Coffee with Milk. more...
