I'm re-discovering I can't afford to go unconscious about what I put in my mouth. (Actually, I knew I was off track with my recent indulgence in ice cream sprees, but for several weeks it felt like I was "getting away with it" since I saw no difference in the way my clothes fit. Well that changed this week as I feel I'm sufocating in my trousers.) Time to become accountable again!
