I am happy with how I have been following through on my exercise plan, but eating whatever is not working. Starting 12 week "Big Spring Challenge" today to track. Eat whole foods & get my snacking under control. Tried on my bathing suit. I felt like a sausage in it. Goal: lose some inches
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
