Biking to work now every morning. 25 - 30 mins each way.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I signed up for a 5k run in August, so I'm training for that after work as well.

Bikes rule! I ride to work 90+ miles a week. I love it. Weather.com has been wrong a LOT lately though :( I've lost 22 lbs, and the sunshine and activity have made me so much happier.

I chose this past weekend to get back on my bike more too! good for you! I know its not really something that we all want to wake up and do first thing in the morning. Keep up the great work! You are getting there!
