today is my officail weigh in day, and yet again Iam amazed. Iam almost beginning to think Iam doing somthing wrong. I havent been exercising like I should be, and I have slipped up quite a bit this week, and yet Iam down again. is there a bad side to this diet, could I be loosing too much weight.? I know that will sound silly to some, but Iam being serious. how come when I get on the scale, Iam down a nother pound, with in a matter of a few days... I know too much weight loss isnt good either. if I was sticking to everything to a tee, and working hard, then I would understand, Iam happy, but kinda worried iam doing somthing wrong. any advice would be appreciated.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am honestly not sure why you are too worried about a pound here and there....now if it was like 5 to 10 at a time then I would worry, but I don't think you have anything to worry about. When you eat right and exercise together you are pretty much guaranteed to loose if you have it to loose. Even if you are not following 100%, you are still doing your part to eat right and do the right things. If you are that worried about it maybe give your Dr. a call, but I honestly don't think you have to worry unless it is a lot in a short period. I would be very happy if I was loosing like that, but maybe that is just me.

thank you... Iam happy dont get me wrong. but its crazy... Ive just never had weight drop so consistantly, I guess Iam just in shock, and thinking there must be somthing wrong if its working like this. this is the best lifestyle change out there! thanx for your support hedder. :)

I agree with the comment above. You may lose 5-10 pounds per week at the start of the diet, but its after the initial 20 that you will have to start working harder and getting your system inline. I think it is good that you cheat every now, so your system isn't put into shock.

I find myself losing in surges. I'll go a few days to a week with very little then suddenly the scale will be down 2-3 lbs. The program here complains because it consistently tells me that I'm losing at a high rate. I just shrug it off. I feel great and am enjoying my new clothes. :)
