I live in Calgary. Way too much fun at the Stampede Friday & Saturday. Absolutely no control with the booze and food. There are seven days left but I'm back at work today. I do not plan a repeat this weekend. I do have a stampede event on Tuesday. I'm going to try to do better. My weigh-in day was yesterday. I don't know how I didn't gain.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
