Hello and Happy Tuesday FS!

Well, my journey started a year ago. I was hoping to have reached my goal by now. I Met my first goal and saw that glorious blue line until I decided to change and lower my goal. I have been struggling with this last 7 - 10 lbs. And, if I have to be honest, I haven’t been diligent in recording my food. I still measure my breakfast and lunch but have also slid measuring dinner. Not good. Also, I don’t always make the time to journal. That helps too. Also, YOU help. So, I need to dig deep to get to where I was mentally a year ago to have the drive to lose these last pounds and see that blue line. 📉 💃🌞 I know I can do it! I can do it for me!

142.5 lb Lost so far: 49.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1015 kcal Fat: 33.56g | Prot: 62.54g | Carb: 76.95g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Nature's Touch Organic Wild Blueberries, Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), grape nuts 2 tbsp (for yogurt). Lunch: Water , Strawberries, Gala Apples, Kirkland Signature Organic Eggs. Dinner: HEB Asparagus Spears, Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat) . Snacks/Other: Babybel Mini Bonbel Cheese, Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers, Michelob Ultra Light Beer. more...

Thanks Slyone! Just when I think I’m in the right mindset … i do something to sabotage myself. I’m not totally off the rails yet but don’t feel I have the get up and go I had last March. But, I’m here! And, I know that helps!

We are here for you too! I make myself log whatever I eat. That is what usually stops me from the sabotage. I log before I eat if I feel particularly out of control. Frequently seeing the macros is enough to stop the disaster. Prayers for mindfulness 🙏🙏🙏.
