My knees are still sore from overdoing it in boot camp but much better. Time to start getting back into it. Joined a new gym with more classes. I'm going to try their spin class after work. :)
128.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
